NYBDF Ambassador Program

Dance Together. Perform Together. Save Together.

At the New York Belly Dance Festival, community is at the heart of everything we do. Our Ambassador Program was created to make it easier — and more rewarding — for dancers to come together, share the experience, and take the stage as a group.

If you love dancing with friends, students, or your local dance community, this program is for you.


What Is the Ambassador Program?

The NYBDF Ambassador Program is designed for groups of 5 or more dancers who want to attend the festival together and perform as a group.

As an ambassador group, you receive:

  • Special group discounts on festival packages

  • A free group performance at the festival

  • The opportunity to share the NYBDF experience with your community

  • A chance to perform on a professional stage in New York City

It’s our way of saying thank you for helping grow and strengthen our dance community.


Who Can Be an Ambassador Group?

Ambassador groups can be:

  • Dance schools or studios

  • Student groups

  • Friends who train together

  • Independent dancers coming as a collective

All you need is a minimum of 5 participants.


How the Performance Works

When your group qualifies for the Ambassador Program:

  • Your group performance is included (no additional performance fee)

  • One group leader submits the performance form on behalf of the group

  • You’ll perform during one of our festival gala nights

Solo performances are optional and available separately.

How to Join the Ambassador Program

  1. Gather 5 or more dancers

  2. E-mail: newyorkbellydancefestival@gmail.com to find out your discount!

  3. Choose your festival package (1-day or 2-day options available)

  4. Register and indicate that you are part of an Ambassador Group

  5. Complete the required forms

  6. Get ready to dance, perform, and celebrate together
